Wet the floor and apply the microbes. SMOM is ready to use upon delivery. Moisten area to be cleaned with water and apply SMOM with a low pressure, pump-up sprayer. Agitate SMOM with a deck brush, stiff bristle broom or mechanical scrubber. Agitation helps disperse the microbes and helps break down the oil for faster digestion. Agitate the surface periodically and keep the surface moist while the bacteria are working. The time needed for cleaning will vary between 30 minutes to several hours. Surfaces that have been exposed to oil for a long period of time may require longer time for the microbes to completely digest all the contamination. Upon completion, rinse thoroughly with clean water to a drain or rinse and wet vac the microbes from the floor. Dry the floor thoroughly and coat according to the coating manufacturer's recommendation.
Microbes do not etch concrete, contain no caustics or acids and are PH Neutral.
Cleaning of Equipment: Rinse pump up sprayer with regular tap water, warm or cold.
